The 5-year integrated B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme has an intake of 60 students, and offers a strong foundation of the social sciences, business, and management as the basis of learning, practicing, and excelling in law and the legal discipline. This programme blends courses in finance, accountancy, human resource/organizational behaviour, management science, economics, and others with courses in law. This integrated programme is designed to train students into becoming innovative, socially conscious, empathetic, and well-rounded legal professionals with a grounding in corporate methods and business practices. Additionally, students will be offered various opportunities to apply their knowledge and the learning outcomes from the multi-disciplinary coursework to real-life scenarios through mooting, clinical legal education, group projects, internships, and Readiness at Workplace (RAW) modules.

A moot court is a simulated court and/or arbitration proceeding in an adversarial system involving a judge or a panel of judges, opposing parties, litigators, and the public. The state-of-the-art Moot Court Hall at BITS Law School allows students to immerse themselves in legal problems that mimic the real world of criminal law, environmental law, human rights law, competition law, intellectual property law, contract law, mergers & acquisitions, bankruptcy & insolvency, international trade law, and much more. It helps develop and sharpen real life skills of researching, drafting, mediating, negotiating, arguing, debating, and public speaking.
As an integral part of experiential learning at BITS Law School, mooting will help build confidence, develop communication skills, strengthen research abilities, and enhance the employability prospects of our law graduates. In an effort to empower students to lead new-age law practice, BITS Law School actively promotes a vibrant and active mooting culture to develop advocacy skills among students.

Clinical legal education are methods of student-centric teaching that rely on practical, problem-solving, solution-oriented, and interactive methods. Under the supervision of faculty and professionals, students of BITS Law School will undertake practice-based work on real life cases and social causes.
Our multi-dimensional pedagogy and creative mentoring includes (1) a blend of didactic and Socratic methods of teaching, (2) active faculty interactions and guidance, (3) independent research and directed reading sessions, (4) small group tutorials, and (5) mix of directing-discussing-delegating styles of teaching.
