We are seeking dynamic individuals to join us as Teaching and Research Fellows/Academic Associates at BITS Law School. Our full-time Teaching and Research Fellow/Academic Associate position is designed to engage, nurture, and mentor early career academicians in teaching, research, and their doctoral program. It is a unique opportunity for aspiring academicians to receive one to one mentoring from BITS Law School’s expert faculty, gain academic exposure to emerging areas of interest, and network with an array of luminaries from the legal fraternity.

As a Fellow/Associate, you will have the opportunity to assist faculty members in delivering engaging lectures and developing innovative teaching materials that align with BITS Law School’s learning objectives. By supporting students with assignments, assessments, and team learning activities, you'll guide their academic journey and provide meaningful feedback for their growth. Your contributions to curriculum development will promote a research-led and scholarly approach to learning and through ongoing professional training and research work, you'll stay ahead of the curve in your field. By holding discussions, offering office hours, and supporting students’ development, you'll inspire a passion for learning and excellence and empower students to become innovative, socially conscious, and holistic legal professionals of tomorrow.
